A Spirit-Filled Success: Times of Refreshing March 2025 Series
The month of March 2025 was truly one to remember at ICGC Fuller Temple, Frederick (City) as we hosted the much-anticipated “Times of Refreshing” series, inspired by Acts 3:19. Each Thursday throughout the month, worshipers and participants from across the globe gathered virtually to experience an atmosphere of renewal, restoration, and revival in God’s presence.
Led by Ps. Ralph Panford-Quainoo, the series ran on March 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th, streaming live via Zoom and reaching participants not only in Frederick but also across states and nations. With sessions held from 7 PM EST (12 AM GMT), the program was accessible to both local and international audiences.

Ps. Ralph Panford-Quainoo shared powerful teachings and Spirit-led exhortations that encouraged believers to return to the Lord wholeheartedly, embrace repentance, and walk in the refreshing power of the Holy Spirit. The Word was followed by fervent prayer, uplifting worship, and moments of deep personal encounters with God.
This event not only strengthened our church community but also reaffirmed our mission of raising leaders, shaping vision, and influencing society through Christ. Truly, God has begun a great work in ICGC Fuller Temple, Frederick, and the testimonies from the “Times of Refreshing” series are a sign of greater things to come.
